This session is a combination of passive and active stretching, slow movements and mobility drills to create space within the shoulders, chest and back, working towards finding more fluidity in the spine.
This session promotes muscle recovery and emotional release from the back, chest & shoulders in order to find the natural flexibility of our spine.
You can complement this class with your regular yoga practice or any fitness routine. 

Suitable for all levels.
